Ruby's Journey to a Pain Free Life
Meet Ruby, a dog whose resilience and heart shine despite the challenges she’s faced. Likely suffering from an old injury or a birth defect, Ruby has endured daily pain for far too long. Yet, her sweet and playful nature never wavers—she greets the world with love, even after being let down by those who were supposed to care for her.
To finally relieve her suffering, Ruby needed her leg amputated. This life-changing surgery ensures she can live the happy, pain-free life she deserves. Halfway Home K9 are giving Ruby the care she needs and surrounding her with the love she’s always deserved. This month, we contributed to her procedure, but additional funds are still needed to cover the full cost.
